Crane Building Services
Our experienced and highly qualified engineers are happy to carry out work on nearly every make of Truck Loader Crane including PM, Maxilift, Atlas, Hiab, HMF, Copma, Bonfigioli, Fassi, Cormach and Effer. Speak to us about your equipment maintenance and repair needs.
Coded Welding
Our specially qualified welders meet all BS EN ISO standards and meet our exacting specifications. Our experience team of welders cover a range of specifications, materials and job requirements, giving us the flexibility to create bespoke crane or truck bodies with a wide range of capacities.
Body Building
Starting with meticulous planning and attention to detail, our body building service allows us to start from the chassis upwards, creating custom tailored solutions to suit a wide variety of applications, that not only perform well but will meet all lorry crane safety regulations. We build the body work to our customers brief, and can include drop sides, safety rails, access stairs, storage compartments, electrical systems, whatever the individual requirements may be. Vehicle Carpentry
Carpenters carry out the installation of the Wood Flooring on our bodywork showing the care and expertise they would when fitting flooring in a domestic property.
Inspections
Our team of highly skilled and experienced engineers will inspect any crane, including used vehicles, with a fine-toothed comb, meticulously looking at every aspect and undertaking any repairs or refurbishments necessary to a high standard.
Testing & Certification
We can also undertake on-site testing and certification and 6 monthly statutory inspection of Chains, slings and Chairs. All of our testing & certification is carried out in accordance with LOLER regulations.
Hydraulics
All hydraulic Pipework is made to order and carries a warranty.
